Enterprise is a great place to rent a vehicle from. In 7 years I have only had one bad experience with a vehicle that just stopped running which enterprise did replace. PLEASE BRING BACK THE WEEKEND SPECIAL. I rent almost every weekend.
I rented a 15 passenger van. I inspected the van & brought to the representative's attention that the outside needed a wash. I looked inside and noticed the carpet & seats needed a deep clean. The rep took the van behind the bldg for a quick steam clean. The van was still a mess. Spilled drinks & food droppings were embedded into the fabric. While driving onto the hwy 50 miles or more, the van wobbled as if the tires may have been unbalanced or some other issue. Therefore, I rate this company alone star.
