From my first call everything went as it should, the only time I hade a concern was when I was waiting for a call about being picked up and taken to the site. That concern was put to rest after I called myself to check on when I would be picked up. All the people I dealt with were very professional and friendly and helpful.

We have dealt with Enterprise Upper Marlboro many times and have had the greatest experience with the Associates there. Hillary Thomas as been so helpful and patient. She always goes the extra mile for her clients. She is such a great asset to Enterprise Upper Marlboro.

We were stuck at a marina with needed boat repairs and called for a car rental at the office recommended to us by the marina. Though we chose the local office on call options we got someone who told us the marina was 12 miles away from the office and they would not deliver a car to us. We spoke with the marina office who told us they had a special arrangement with the local office and with a second call the car was easily arranged. When we were finished with our two day rental I called to ask when they would come to pick up the car and they said they didn’t know. I asked that they remember we only used the car for two days and not to charge us for longer if they didn’t pick up the car that am. I asked that they call when they arrived and we would bring the car keys to them. By the end of the day no one had arrived to retrieve the car and I called the local office. They said they had come by but the keys were not in the drop box. I explained none had called us as we had discussed in the am. They said no problem,but when the email with the bill arrived we had been charged for 3 days. It wa a corrected with another call but the overall experience was one of the right hand not knowing what the left was doing from start to finish
