My Audi was hit with an electric wire as the result of someone running into a pole and it fell over with my wires hitting my car and obliterating my hood and a few areas.nnI’m happy my car was not a total loss that’s my first happiness my second was seeing how beautiful of a job Caliber did! My car looks brand new and so beautiful! They cleaned her and made sure she was returned to me in pristine condition. The guy who worked on my car called me often and let me know all the updates and time frame for each thing being repaired.nnI love this place and am so happy I came here. Hopefully I will never need to go back but if I do it will be here. My rim was fried and looked black from the electricity hitting it and they even fixed that too!nnExcellent work & Customer Service

The people working there are very friendly and nice. Dropped car off to be worked on. In and out with paperwork, now waiting to see what kind of work they do on my car. They did a wonderful job on my car. Looks so good now, they also went the extra mile on my car. Great place to go. I highly recommend them. Great job Caliber Collision. The best in town.

finally got my car fixed after years of an accident. this place is so helpful and so professional. they called me every 2 days to update me and my car was done a day earlier than expected! highly recommend them, my car looks good as new!

I have not ever dealt with a business that has a unbelievably high sense of customer service and they far exceeded my expectations. They had to perform extensive work on my car from a major accident. Not only did they complete work in time frame that they said but was remarkable at keeping me in the loop on progress. Work they did looks awesome. Car drives great.nThanks caliber collision.

This place is fantastic! From the moment I called to set up my accident repair to the end when I picked up my car, I don’t have one single complaint. The front desk receptionist was friendly and happy. Kahlil sent me daily updates via text on the status of my vehicle and was professional. It took exactly one week as promised, and when I picked up my car, I even spoke with the manager who overheard me when I said how happy I was with Caliber. My vehicle repair was spotless to the body of the car, above and beyond what I thought they would do. They dealt directly with my insurance, the whole process was seamless. They really did “restore the rhythm of my life” and I hope Kahlil wins a trip to Costa Rica-he deserves it!
