Super helpful staff on duty when I picked up my rental and went back to Extended for a second week.
I made a reservation for a car at a date and time, they confirmed, made arrangements to be here, there's no car, and I'm stuck at the airport. How is this an acceptable way to do business?
After a stressful day of travel, we finally made it to the airport. NeShounda was friendly and very professional. She was willing to go above and beyond to ensure the rest of our trip went well. I appreciated her patience and willingness to help.
Called them multiple times about picking up my rental a little early. Paid for it two months in advance but failed to mention when I pick it up I will need a major credit card with at least a $200 limit. For them to run and hold $200 of my money EVEN AFTER ITS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. Terrible service and highly disappointed.
Most car rental desks are just that. This facility was made different by the people who served me. They were top notch and caring. They went out of their way to help me get the right car and they called me a half hour before my rental return to make sure I was not lost in returning to the airport. I love this place.
