Fast service at vehicle pick up. Clean car. Nice staff. Quick to return my deposit. Great value.
I called before I arrived in Lafayette and spoke with Abraham. He was very rude to me on the phone. Then when I picked up the vehicle I had the pleasure of dealing with Abraham again. Will never rent from Avis again. I tried to get a hold of the manager Taylor Richard for 3 days. The phone number that i was given put me to customer service. They were very rude and told me that they didn't have a number for her. I finally had to call the executive of the airport at Lafayette, LA to get the correct number. I spoke with Taylor and all she would say to me is that she was sorry that I had a bad experience. She didn't say that she was going to talk with anyone about this.
The cars are not very clean when I have picked them up feels more like im borrowing someones car than renting a car from a major car rental. Had to wait this time as cars were being brought up one at a time. The gentleman at the desk was doing his best. He is very pleasant and helpful and apologetic but your rates have gone up and your cars have gone down in cleanliness and availability No sanitation and seats have not been up to par compared with other rental companies. I have used in the last 4 months. I rent often no perks!.
