I had insurance set up for me to pick up a vehicle. They guy called yesterday morning and told me he had no vehicles until 1 yesterday so i told him give me a few minutes and i would call him back with a pickup time. Well 24 hours later I have yet to get in touch with the office. It puts me on hold then says my call can not be transferred. I have used this place several times but I will.be checking i to another company even if it means driving longer because I needed a vehicle yesterday and still can not get in touch with anyone nor is anyone ever in the office. So outdone
Today I had the worst service that I've ever had at this location. The guy that picked me up from my job was friendly. The lady that was renting me the car was extremely rude to me. I didn't even get her name but I saw she was pregnant. I have rented cars from here several times using the same form of payment. They rejected my card which has money on it. There has never been a problem before. I am an enterprise plus member. Also, the last time I rented a car from here, I had it for 3 weeks so I'm a good customer. This time I don't like how I was treated at all.
I had no problem with the nice lady that worked there, but I will no longer do business with ANY company that takes 5 to 10 days to return a deposit that took 7 seconds to take out of my account.
