Our stay was great, it was last minute as we were driving back to Colorado with 3 kids and 3 dogs. Everyone was nice, the workers and the quests. The only thing is that when I booked my reservation I booked online. I told the guy at the front how much it would be for dogs and he told me $25 deposit and I asked is that per dog and he told me it doesn't matter how many pets. When we got our dogs inside I guess the owner saw all 3 of our dogs and about 2 hours after being checked in, I got a notification that my card was charged an additional $60. My husband went to ask why my card was charged and I guess the owner charged my card $20 per dog without even letting us know that they were going to charge my card. We wanted to talk to the owner but he left as soon as he charged my card. We would of been fine with it because we have big dogs but he did it without even saying anything and leaving right after, which was the problem.

Rooms were very run down. Carpet had holes in it, trim was falling off walls. Sheets were stained. If we were not so tired I would got a refund and left. Will not visit again.nOnly good side was the staff was super friendly

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From Brenda at the front desk at check in to the housekeeping staff. They are extremely friendly, helpful and full of life and energy. You feel like you're staying with family!

The employees here are always polite and friendly. It doesn't matter if you're in the parking lot or in an elevator, they are going to greet you and ask about your stay. The rooms are cleaned daily and it's quite and peaceful day and night.

The front desk guy was nice. There was a party going on late, loud music blaring. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were the size of my couch accent pillows, and the ac was nice and cold. Continental breakfast was limited. Pull out bed was filthy. Asked for extra bedding, was never brought. Had to go the front desk to get myself. Top it off with my Uhaul was broken in to and my wedding gown and misc. things were stolen. No cameras. My advise, stay away from Shreveport in general.
