I will never recommend this company again!! We have had a customer who has gone through so much since getting a car from them. They have tried to over charge her for a car they had and she didn't want. They have been extremely unhelpful and rude throughout the whole process. Also trying to file a claim against her company without her permission. The fact we told a customer to go here thinking we could trust this company was a horrible joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My experience was very unprofessional. There is a lack of communication between employees and customers here.As a customer I am very dissatisfied. I made a reservation and when I came in I was told there wasn’t a car available and I would receive a call in about 30 minutes when they have one available.n2 hours later nobody called. We took it upon our selves to call after receiving a text message to come pick up a vehicle at 6:30. Only to find out this location would have already been closed by 6pm.nIf I would have not spoke to someone in the store I would have been set up by a failed system to arrive to a closed store! I even spoke to a manger and I was not given any expectation to receiving or any help with getting a rental as if my need for the car was no longer important to them.

Never coming here again... They canceled my 1pm reservation and texted me back saying I can pick up my rental at 6:30pm, the thing about that was they knew that they were closing at 6pm. I felt set up and not to mention I couldn't make it to my destination. Called the manager and they didn't offer me an upgrade or even a discount on the next rental, they simply acted like it was my fault.

I've typically had good service with Enterprise. I have always been treated great in person at the office but trying to contact them by phone is impossible. In this time of COVID it is vital to conduct business as much as possible through means other than personal contact and I believe they need to work harder in this area.nnI have emailed the address suggested and have not received a reply. I've continued to call and still no assistance. disappointing customer service at the moment. 'Simply treat our customers the way they should be treated' You guys are not living up to that policy.

This is the place to rent a car for sure! I had a great experience with them. I got to pick the car I wanted , it had easy payment options, they have the cheapest prices in town , the car had plenty of gas, I had unlimited miles ,they were very friendly. My overall experience was one I won't forget. I will refer people to them most definitely.nThey have a late night drop off if you can't make it before they close the day it's due .nThis was my first time ever renting a car .
