Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The absolute best worse experience ever. I’m not usually the type to leave behind reviews at all let alone bad ones but service I received from this branches manager was absolutely ridiculous. They charged over $700 in “damages” on my card without my knowledge and I only owed $435 for a tire and tow. I was talked to as if I wasn’t competent and left without any real resolution to my concerns. I was contacted by their own damage recovery unit and they weren’t even aware the store charged my card for any amount because the $435 was owed to the damage unit and not the store. I wouldn’t advice anyone to rent through this location or any other location this branches manager is running. His name is keyon williams. Thankful my bank refunded my money

I don't know who runs the conyers and covington locations (seems like its under the same management) but they need to be fired. Enterprise has been around for far too long to run its business like this. I travel around the U.S. with my job and we use rental cars all the time and i have NEVER in my life had a problem like i have had with the Enterprise in my own community. After booking days in advance i get calls from both locations saying they dont have vehicles. Today was one of those days, however, i had already ubered to the location to pickup but they didnt care. I actually get the phone call at 8:22 am while i am already outside with the Enterprise agent trying to check out. Mind you the agent that was helping me seemed to think that they had cars because he was about to check me out but the manager told him to push me back. In the voice-mail that i received while standing outside he said i was late and that they didn't have cars and that maybe they could get me in something later on. Which one is it, im late or you dont have cars? I have the voice-mail for corporate to hear. I never got that call. I immediately called corporate because as a Enterprise plus member we actually dont have any kind of perks even with a corporate account if we dont even have access to a vehicle. I laughed after reading these reviews because these people are not lying. Even when i encountered the manager their was no apologies, no remorse, no nothing. He looked at me like i was supposed to cut up or act stupid. I dont fight my battles like that. I am not some ignorant, person that you maybe use to running into in that area, i let my fingers do my talking and i dont spend money where its not wanted. Although we have a corporate accounts with avis as well i stopped using them for discrimination against me and another black.person at the counter but took every white person coming up. We stood for almost an hour at the front of the line and was not helped. Today at this location i felt like this.and i will no longer patronize them. Just as with avis i took it to corporate and heads rolled after viewing the video. Im hoping it hits the right person's desk so i can lead them to these reviews and the complaints that these locations have in this area. I have traveled to nevada, Minneapolis, Washington state and many more and i am never charged a deposit but in the urban areas we are charged $200 and now $300. If thats not discrimination, then i dont know what is. The sad part is that our people play right along with it and mistreat their own kind. Enterprise doesnt bother to even acknowledge our history of being a great renter with no accidents and actually following Enterprise guidelines. No star system or anything. Oh wait, they give you Enterprise plus and points that you cant even use because guess what? Even though you booked days in advance their people will lie and say that their are no vehicles available whenever they feel like it. Good day

I always use this Enterprise Rental. I am in the Military and I travel alot. I travel at least once a month sometimes more. I can always depend on Outstanding Customer Service and just down right good people who work at this Enterprise Rental. They make sure your rental experience is the best that you can have.

enterprise charges you for dropping off a car unbelievable! horrible company!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I originally reserved at the hwy 138 location but they did not have any cars available for me so I called the Courtesy location and I'm glad I did! Not only did they have a few cars for me to choose from but their customer service is unmatched! I was in and out within minutes. Greg & Terrance were both very nice and professional. I even got a call from Lakeisha to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. The whole team at this location is excellent. I will be using them from now on when renting a car in Georgia.
