Everything from the reservation process to the pick-up of the vehicle was AMAZING! I will truly use this as my go to location when I am ever in the need for a vehicle! Vehicle was sanitized from Steering wheel to trunk, no surface untouched. The young lady taking care of me was very thorough in the inspection of the vehicle began after the rental. I truly enjoyed my experience with Enterprise rent a car,I will continue to endorse Enterprise as well as this particular location

I arrived two hours prior to my scheduled pick up time and the customer service representative took care of me right away. She offered me three available car choices. She was very professional and kind. The manager was very professional, kind and very accommodating as well. I’ve used this particular location several times in the past four years and honestly each time they’ve been very nice and professional.

I went to look this location because it was closer to where I had to turn in my car for service however my reservation was for Lithonia which was a horrible horrible experience by phone with the manager. I walked into location explain my issue without any other explanation they said no problem will take care of you my deposit was cheaper my representative I wish I knew her name because she was the best. A customer service rep is supposed to have sympathy and patience and understanding and she did it all she deserves everything that this company give her and I wish that I can give her more.

Two strikes, I'm done. First time was a major hassle, but we finally got a car -- we had reserved well in advance. Today, our personal car failed, and we needed a rental car. This location was -ZERO- help. We were just told that they did not have any cars to rent, could not recommend another source, refused to call the other location on Courtesy Parkway to see if they had availability. The Courtesy Parkway location is amazing! Definitely worth the extra drive (in our case). We have used them many times. This location (Hwy 138) is apparently not in the business of renting cars or helping you find one to rent. The staff member we encountered had no sympathy for our situation, was of no help, and was rude. Whatever her name is, we're sorry to have bothered you. It WON'T happen again.
