I had a great experience with this location. The wait when I first went to pick up the vehicle was a little lengthy but when I took the car back it was quick and easy. I will be using this location from now and on. They did give me a free car upgrade for waiting so long. So in all I had a wonderful experience.

The staff, particularly Alan, was very polite and the process of getting the car and returning it went very swiftly. The only flaw, which did not affect my review, was that the car we rented had scuff marks all around it and was shown to us by the staff that they could’ve been washed off if the car was washed properly. The car itself drove very well and had great gas mileage.

Arrived for my confirmed reservation and was told they don't have any cars available! Asked them to check other locations and apparently no other enterprise locations around WR had one single car available. How can a company as big as enterprise not have the capability to update availability in real time? Or even mention that it would require being put on a waiting list? Horrible policy to over book and then let customers down. I went to AVIS instead and found the same car for $80 cheaper!
