If I could give them zero stars I would. I reserved a car online using my credit card and was charged. Had an 8 am reservation got there around 8:05. I was not spoken to until 8:45. When I finally got to the counter I was told they don’t take my Apple credit card after my card was already charged online. Then was told basically they can’t do anything but I can get a refund. If you don’t take the card in person, why charge the card online.
Budgets prices are cheaper than their competitors however, I always choose quality customer service over price. Therefore, I chose the competitor and I was very pleased with my choice. However, I’ll give them another opportunity in the future. Everyday is a new day and a new beginning for a better attitude.
Went and got a rental and I drove off with a expired tag and got pulled over. Went to get another vehicle the next day and worker had a nasty attitude. Dropped they vehicle off this morning a minute early and they had a nasty attitude and wouldn’t allow me to drop off. The lady at the front has a nasty attitude and I wouldn’t recommend renting from them at all. They give you what they want you to have. Not what you want. And the car wasn’t clean when I got it
If I could give this location fewer stars I would. The staff doesnt know there own terms and conditions. They absolutly ruied my trip, because they mislead me on what was needed to rent a large SUV. I wont ever come back to this location.
