I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and precise. They answered all of questions and made the process very easy for me. I will definately recommend enterprise to everyone needing rental car services.

I had a great experience with the car service here because you drop off and pick up the rental at the collision repair company. I obtain the rental through my insurance company to drive while my car was in dispose. The transaction was quick and easy and I was given a good car that had no problems with it. I would rent from them again because of the speed and convenience of the transaction.

I was given a rental through my insurance company and the staff here was friendly and helpful. They even helped me over the phone with an extension. The car itself wasn't as clean as I would've liked and smelled like the previous renter loved whoppers (that fresh onion soggy lettuce stench) and the inside of the window was dirty. But I cleaned it and got sanitizing deodorizer and air freshener and everything else has been fine.nWould recommend and will utilize in the future if needed

During the winter, wear gloves, earmuffs, a scarf, a hat, a blanket, and be well-dressed because you WILL be waiting outside in the cold, rain, sleet, or snow. Next time, I'll bring my car to wait in and I'll just have to double-back around and get a Lyft to get my car come. Make reservation to ensure you have a vehicle to rent, otherwise you maybe SOL. They went in order by their sign-in list. The vehicle I reserved was available. The attendees were pleasant & professional the entire time.

I receive the call from the manager of this location who had to be the most rudest person I've ever experienced in my life. there was a disagreement on what my deposit was supposed to be because the insurance scheduled this appointment but he had no sympathy and all he can say was this is what it is and I'm the manager. I chose to go to a further location which was much worth my time in Conyers, the people was so kind and so generous and so sympathetic and their location was much cheaper which I don't understand why but out of this experience I wouldn't suggest anyone rent at this location if you can get to and from the Conyers location they are excellent people extremely kind extremely extremely kind and did everything in their power to help me.
