Not a good way to treat a first time customer. Was a great experience at first but returning the car and noone there to give deposit back since it was the agreement at the time rental. Khalid wanted us to leave car and key inside car was a uneasy feeling anybody in their right mind would think that would be shady especially if our deposit was supposed to be returned rightfully. And to explain that we did not want to leave 1st without our deposit being returned 2nd why would we leave and something were to happen we would be liable since we were the last to have it and explaining this to him he texts that we are not to ever rent from him again. Wow great customer service not. We decided that we will not ever rent from you or your establishment again. Your behavior and lack of accountability has lost a great customer.
Very good experience. Getting my vehicle was fast and easy and I never felt pressured to make a decision. All around great service would definitely use them in the future.
