This location is closed. I came here to extend my rental, and all the lights are off. I called the number on the door and no One picked up the phone. Such a huge inconvenience. Now I’m stuck paying extra fees!
The cars are not super clean and new feeling like you are straight from a dealership. It feels more like you are borrowing a friend's car. Not enough people working. Rosco is great and works hard but he can't do it all. Hire another person.
Most employees were on the brink of being rude. Not friendly at all and didn't the need to at least speak back. Only seemed to be 2 people actually working and I wish I would have gotten their names. If you must use them, don't bother calling, they don't answer their phone.
Location was closed due to Covid but gave no warning during reservation or on the site until I called ahead just before pick up.
My car that I had rented had been wrecked within an hour of the time I was to pick it up. I explained my situation to the Enterprise Rep. and he had another vehicle the size I had rented at his location within an hour and a half. He saved the day. Check out was quick and easy.
