It’s a great company. The employees make you feel like you are there too priority. The employees also make sure you get a clean and fully functional vehicle. They also do not like to keep you waiting from whatever adventure you are going to embark on. The employees will get all requirements needed done done in a timely manour so that u can be on your way. Will definitely be using there services in the future and would recommend to anyone.

We will definitely be renting a car here again!nThe assistant Kathryn was a complete sweetheart, she treated us like family and gave us advice on local sites to see.nThe car was very nice,ran good and was super clean!

If I could give zero stars I would! They sent me to multiple locations just to find out they didn’t have a pickup truck, finally received a call from this branch saying they had one and I could pick it up the next day. So I drive 1hr out of my way to pick it up and when I got there they said they didn’t have one!!

Worst experience in over 40 years of renting cars. The local agent would not listen to me. I rent cars on a corporate card for workers. She insisted that I be added as a driver an extra $70/week. Got corporate involved which is great but she refused to listen to them either. Rental shifted over to workers credit card then she tried charging extra days vice simply shifting contract over. Truly a poor representation for Enterprise. Every Enterprise customer service rep that I have worked with in the past has been exceptional. The reason for one star is the system doesn't allow negative ratings.
