lightning fast service, they scrambled to find a car when the one I had reserved for a 1300 mile, time-sensitive round trip was not returned to their location, I had been waiting two hours. I was given a free upgrade and they even waived the fuel surcharge when I was not able to return it with the same amount of gas I began with.
I paid my deposit in the form of an money order. I was told that I would receive it in 10 business days. It has been more than 10 business days and all I can get is they can put a rush on it. But nobody can tell me where my money is even after we’ve verified my address over and over. I’ve been a customer for 5 years or more now and all of a sudden the second excuse I get is the holidays. I’m about to be one customer that they will lose, I rent cars when I don’t necessarily have to.
