Let me start off first with saying All the Employee's here are very Nice and Professional and did i forget to mention very helpful. I called and explained my situation Rachel came out and assisted me and my children. She was extremely helpful and understanding. It took less than 7 minutes i was in and out. Upon returning the vehicle the young Man Matt was really nice and Professional , I totally Love his positive energy. I will always come to this location when it's time to rent a car. The management and people renting the cars were rude and tried giving me a dirty car. Horrible experience, the only reason I am giving 5 stars is because the young lady that recleaned my car, I think her name was Cat or something, was super nice (and attractive, to be honest). She did an amazing job cleaning my rental. She deserves to be in management, not washing cars. She saved the experience, she was super apologetic and was just really nice overall. Thank you for turning my experience around for me.
I'm a longtime renter and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is great and knowledgeable about their cars, procedures, and prices. They truly aim to please and satisfy your car rental needs. Enterprise Rental in Cartersville is an asset to the community.
They called me after I booked my car told me that I couldn't get a car, that they didn't have any available. After having me to go up there and show them their site even said they had cars available I had to wait still. Smh never again!
Super speedy check out and return of vehicle. Car was spotless inside and out. Very happy with the service I was provided.
