Overall great experience. Everytime. Vehicles are always new and clean. Prices are the best around and the employees are always super helpful! They make sure you have what you need or better! Five star service every single time. Only place I will rent from.
Our entire experience with Enterprise was simply fantastic. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone!
The first time we rented a car we got a free upgrade to a 2020 Nissan Altima was clean so no complaints there (kennewick wa on Clearwater) The 2nd one (in Richland wa) wasn’t as clean some Stains On the headliner windshield was dirty but you could tell they tried to clean it, also the roof of the car was dirty, not a big deal, when driving the car 2018 Nissan Sentra when on hills with Cruise control On the Tachometer was jumping around between 1-1.5 rpms (it should be Steady If you didn’t know that) as being a owner of A-team Mobile aka mechanic I popped the hood to check the oil when we got gas and saw the plus side battery cable has a build up of battery Acid and battery was caped with acid overspray (Normal when not Maintained) engine was dirty for being a car with only 40k miles. I did I take pictures and told them about it and showed them in person. We are going to give the Richland one a 2nd tri here on the 9/9/20.
My go to guy at Enterprise provided me with a great upgrade to tackle the rain on a quick 12 hour round trip! Love these guys and gals, easy to use app!!
They gave us a large SUV when we asked for a small one, but the price was the same, so that was OK. The paperless process seems faster and more efficient now. The appearance of their lot could be better.
