I went to another Enterprise branch and at last minute they couldn't get me the car so I called this location and Alonso helped me get the car I needed very fast! The rental was returned out of state and Alonso was able to help me with the rate to pay even less than expected! Great team and service.

This was the worst rental experience my husband and I ever had. If I would rate enterprise 0 stars I would. We used the Enterprise located on: 12037 SW 117th AvenMiami, FL 33186. The poor experience began trying to locate a vehicle. The website showed only convertibles were available. We decided to proceed and reserved a convertible. I then received a call and was told this car would arrive later than our requested pick up time. I adjusted the pick up time to reflect the new time. Once we arrived, the location was filled with customers complaining. Apparently, there were no cars available for any of the customers. We waited 4 hours, the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude and were given a dirty Tahoe with an oil light on-which we were told to ignore. My husband and I proceeded to Key West. The car broke down before we arrived to our destination. Road side assistance did not bother to ask us if we were ok and did not send a toll truck until the next morning. We called corporate and no one cared to call us back. I then receive a call three days later from the rude gentleman asking us where was the car. I gave him the toll truck number and told him about what we experienced. Our deposit was not returned for another three days. He told us he had no one above him we could speak to and only provided us with a 10% discount. In the end only a 5% discount was applied. I am going to make certain any hospital that currently works with Enterprise never uses their services again. I would never want any patients or their families to go through this. Despicable and unacceptable customer service.

I had the worst customer service experience of any place ever in my life at this location. I have never felt so much anger about something like this. The people at this location need to be trained properly on how to handle customer service issues. I had a reservation made at this location on Saturday, 3/27. On Monday afternoon, I called this location directly and spoke with a gentleman to confirm my reservation and asked if they have vehicles available. I asked this because they hadn't had vehicles since Saturday. He said yes to confirm and yes there were vehicles and hung up. I chose this location because it is down the street from my house. I show up to pick up an car and am told there were no vehicles. I have not had a car since Saturday and called the previous day so understandably, I was upset. I asked them why they would confirm a reservation and state they had cars when that was not the case. The guy I spoke to previously was there, his voice was very distinctive. they asked which location I called and I told them this one. They kept insisting I never called. We argued about this back and fourth for over 10 minutes. They asked who I spoke to and I said You. I remember your voice. He said he didn't work yesterday. We continued to argue over this over and over. They tried to gaslight me and make me think I was delusional and crazy, that I never called, that it was a different location. It was not. I know what I did. Instead of the manager doing what SHE IS SUPPOSED TO DO which is de-escalate a situation, admit there must be some miscommunication and try to do what she can to take care of the situation, the manager, I think Leanne Lavista, continued to argue with me and try to gaslight me in to making me think what actually happened did not happen. Eventually they call another location that had a vehicle and had the guy behind the counter that was helping in this situation drive me to another location. Get this, we are in the car and this freakin guy who denied speaking to me or even working the day prior ADMITS HE REMEMBERS SPEAKING TO ME. Imagine the anger I had hearing this after arguing with them for 20 minutes about this. He remembers me calling to confirm the reservation, said he thought it was for another location, that they are not allowed to say they have cars, said he didn't (he did) and that was that. He dropped me off and the 2nd location was extremely helpful and got me in to a car. The 2nd location DID CONFIRM my reservation was in fact at the first location I was at. Just a complete terrible experience all around and if I didn't have to go through enterprise because of insurance, I would never use them again. I only write reviews when I have an amazing experience or a terrible experience and this was terrible. So much so that I actually tweeted enterprise directly after not using twitter in over 3 years because of this deplorable experience. I would suggest to use ANY other Enterprise location other than this one and I would seriously suggest that corporate really look in to actually training personal especially in management positions do deal with customer service issues because they way they handled this was extremely problematic.

The worst customer service ever. 12037 sw 117th ave. You can “reserve a car” but he isn’t sure he can provide you it that specific day and time you book it. So basically you’re carless trying to get to a rental company location, not knowing if you’ll get the car you reserved or not. LOL. Then what’s the point of reserving?nHe says you can reserve a car but I cannot take care of you today, i have a lot of reservationsud83eudd14ud83dude12 is it just me or they just can’t run a business properly?

Don’t ever rent from Enterprise! It’s the worst company ever. I booked a reservation over a month ago through my job (state government) and was given a price with an email confirmation. I arrived today to pick up the car and was told they didn’t have a car for me and cancelled my reservation. I explained that I was never contacted or sent an email telling me that they cancelled my reservation, and they didn’t care. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! DON’T USE!!!
