I just wanted to say that Arlene did a fantastic job today setting up our rental. She provided great customer service. We got dropped off at the opposite end of the road and had to walk 3 miles to get to this location. We were late by an hour but we got an upgraded car. Thank you so much Arlene!

We reserved a car about a week back and 10 min before picking up got a call saying they didn't have one. We tried getting a replacement from the location on 40th St with Fred and he wanted to charge more and asking for extra documents that we have never had to present for them. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

While the process was pretty quick and efficient, this location gave me a compact car when I reserved an Intermediate and charged me the same price. Turns out instead of honoring my USAA discount, they just gave me a smaller vehicle for the same price and didn't even reflect the USAA discount on the final bill. But, it's Miami, so what more can you expect? Someone is always trying to scam you. Make sure you check the kind of vehicle you are getting when you pick it up!

The service was very slow. My car wasn't ready until well after my reservation. Then, they provided me a car that just had been returned a few minutes earlier and quickly cleaned. I couldn't see how they would have completed in the necessary deep cleaning for COVID in 10 minutes. The car did not have a full tank of gas. They opened late. I had to wait to return to the car.
