As a local, I've rented often from this Hertz location in the past few years. Consistent with other reviews, my experience with the manager, Cindi Malone, has been phenomenally good. She is very professional , engaging and responsive to every question and need that I had - an asset to Hertz, very smart. This last time, she solved a situation with the main Hertz office brilliantly on my behalf. Even the fellow who gets the cars back in shape for the next rental was very polite and interested in my satisfaction. Good place, good management, good people. Thank you.
My experience at this Hertz was above and beyond. Cindi was so courteous, and explained the terms of my rental agreement in a smoothe manner was extremely friendly making me feel at ease. Returning my rental was just as smoothe no long chaotic wait lines or wondering were a vehicles key is located as has happened in other places. I will definitely go back to this Hertz location for all my future car rental needs...nThank you!
I rarely write reviews, but the service at this location was unbelievable. Cindy is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made the rental car process a breeze. Antonio is equally as great and helped get the car ready while I was getting my keys.
I would like to thank hertz for giving my son a great service the rep antonio was very respectful and friendly .,Also made my son feel safe and confident about driving the car knowing that we're going through hard times but I would like to mention the the lady I believe her name is Sydney she just seem to not care ,did not help and has an inappropriate attitude just does not seem friendly and I believe she's just normally like that my wife has had problems with her a while back but overall I'm glad that we've received good service thanks to that gentleman.
