I would give it zero stars if I could. the vehicle did not have the options I ordered. a replacement was promised but not provided. When I returned the car, I was charged a $100.00 to wash the car.
Airport rental place NOT happy with, I had a reservation but they didn't take a bank card. Which reservation was made under.nHad to get to work now, became late. Well after taking a bus and 2 trains to get there it was a let down. I then had to take back to starting point where I found a local enterprise they were very, very helpful.nI was checked out in less than 10 mins. Thank you guys!
The location I rent from has always provided me with a positive experience, and I’ve been going there the last two years. The staff truly believes in customer service and their attention to detail is second to none. I’ve had sales reps try to lure me away from Enterprise, but that will not happen. Keep leading the industry!!!!
My rental car was towed to Firestone. When I reached out to the branch they told me to come pick up a replacement vehicle. When I arrived at branch they denied me the rental and asked to me to return to Firestone. They did not even offer to take me back. So all my uber traveling was out my pocket. Dont rent from this branch.
Enterprise needs to get it together. Had a reservation and come to find out they had no vehicles when i went to pick it up. No call prior to let me know nothing. Apparently reservations and branches dont communicate
