Tented from them a few times. The guy that works there is honest. I’ve watched the two women add stuff on to peoples bills when they thought they could get away with it. They are crooked!!!! Hope budget closes before Clay county so arrests them for fraud... go elsewhere ... you have been warned!!!

Lousy customer service!
They had great customer service my car was a little behind but they still did everything and anything they could to help me because even though I was the driver cuz I had the license I wasn't the one paying so we had to go through a process because I guess it has to be the person driving who pays for Buy credit card so we had to go through a process and it took quite a bit of time but they were very patient with us and they made sure we got what we needed in the first place! they had great customer service my car was a little behind but they still did everything and anything they could to help me because even though I was the driver cuz I had the license I wasn't the one paying for it so we had to go through a process and it took quite a bit of time but they were very patient with us and they made sure we got what we needed in the first place! just make sure when you go to this particular area cuz it's right next to the Orange Park Mall it's actually a Sears Auto department you want to go in on the other side you do not want to go in through the Sears Auto department instead if you walk over to the other side of the building you'll see the Avis and budget center where you can enter and rent your car
Went to pick up my car and I input he wrong day, I asked to pick it up today and they said it would be 100$ more to pick it up. So I went outside and booked what I wanted for 50$ cheaper. Went back inside and she said she did not have a car. Once she finally agreed that she had one I went to the car that looked as if there was poop on the front seat and never cleaned. I went back in and told them I wanted another car as this was not clean, she advised that I could clean it myself. I asked if I could go somewhere else to get the car and she called a place that was further then the one I wanted to go to. Eventually I got to go to the one closer as I should and I left. I didn’t know you had to bring paper with you so you can sit on a seat of a rental. I called corporate and they put notes under my agreement and said they would get to it in two weeks. Unacceptable.
