Came in from out of state with an online reservation through travelocity.They are not charging the extra daily fee for under 25 y/o until March, which was a huge plus.Once I arrived, the process was quick and painless. Car was clean and a smooth ride. Happy with the overall experience.

Horrible!! Had a confirmed email reservation to pick up our vehicle at 5pm. We arrive at 5:11 and location closed!!! Our confirmation shows hours of operation till 6pm. We call Hertz help and were told go in the morning to get our vehicle. We arrive at opening only to be told our reservation was cancelled. So our reservation was at 5, which is also closing time, so our vehicle was miraculously rented between closing and opening??? Well- the explanation was “we triple over booked”. No apology, no assistance. Also requested to speak with a supervisor on 2 separate phone calls to Hertz, we were told a supervisor would call us, never got call- no surprise. Awful experience the caused a lot of headaches during our vacation. If anyone from Hertz actually reads or cares about reviews our reservation #J71531180E6. Take note to hours of operation and the confirmation time.

This place is awful. Customer service was abysmal/nonexistent. First, my rental was out and they simply said it would be back “later”, with no time frame. It took several phone calls to finally come to the resolution of a later pickup time. When I arrived, I tried to use my debit card to secure the car: it wasn’t allowed. I offered to show my credit card via ApplePay to no avail. They are the most apathetic staff I have ever met. Not at all concerned with quality of service or being punctual. 0/10 stars. Two thumbs down.

The car was good. It did the job but the prices to for me was to high for this time in the month. Thanks. I feel that I should have gotten better deals. The deal that I ask for was not given. I also didn't see my AAA DISCOUNT. I usually get a mid size SUV for price I had to pay.
