I've used Enterprise in Kennewick for the last year when I've needed to go out of town and haven't had my car readily available. They've always been amazing. In the beginning, I didn't understand the deposit but I've just grown accustomed to it. I've rented a truck, van, car..all of which served great purpose. My most recent experience I had car troubles the last evening and they willingly let me have 6 additional hours in a different car at no cost. They are just amazing to work with! Thank you Enterprise!
Enterprise overall has a modest service. My experience has not been smooth. They have not handled basic document processing well. I am yet to receive a document detailing my car rental.
Always helpful. Always a good experience. One minor comment, but not knocking a start for it;nnPlease stop using Fabreze or other heavily scented products for cleaning the car interiors!
Enterprise is excellent wherever you go. Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Cars are really nice -- clean and comfortable. Prices are excellent. The company offers many services to easily serve your specific travel needs. It's also very easy to place and modify a reservation online.
Employees were all friendly they came and picked me up I was happy to see they streamlined their process was quicker than all the paperwork in past years.vehicle was fine they seemed to have good stick of vehicles as well.
