Recently rented from the Bob Steele location and was very pleased with the way my rental was handled. Claudia was the rep that took care of me and she went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue that was MY fault.nI booked online via Priceline and reserved for the wrong date. :( Luckily, I called the office to confirm the rental before going up to pick it up and discovered that I made a huge mistake.nClaudia handled it like a pro and took the stress out of the situation for me. I really cannot say enough good about her. She could have easily washed her hands of the issue because it was clearly my own fault.nI will definitely go to her whenever I need a car rental in the future. I recommend calling and asking for her directly.nCommunication is SO important and she nailed it.

I am editing this one week later. Much better experience. Thank you.nnHad a reservation booked online and made for a vehicle you would THINK that would only book their inventory.. Got there from palm bay to pick up only to be told they have nothing. Very upset at this set up. Why say and let you book if you have NOTHING. I took time away from work to bring my brother visiting from out of town to get a car. Lady wasn't even nice about it. Don't go here unless you book DAYS in advance... Go somewhere else if you can.

Absolutely terrible. Weird lady with the face mask is super rude and horrible at customer service. I do NOT recommend at all. They didn’t even have cars to rent, nor did they answer their phone nor were they the slightest bit polite in person. I’d give -5 stars if I could. More worried about a stupid mask than helping a customer.

Received the car and it had not been cleaned or washed but wasn't too bad. Returned it pretty much the same way. I cleaned everything out but didn't vacuum it before returning it and they charged me $75 additional for cleaning fee. $75.00 for a car that wasnt given to me clean in the first place. Wish I would of taken before and after pictures but who thinks of that at the time. Probably won't rent from them again!

Very easy process, and the management is calm and reassuring. We needed the rental for our insurance. So it was a stressful time. Appreciated the smile and kind words. The car was spectacular. We had the chevy impala
