The man at the counter was extremely rude and condescending. He really needs to learn how to professionally and respectfully treat people. I recommend sending your business elsewhere.
I'm not certain why this place of business thinks it is ok to employ rude and disrespectful people. If all the employees are like the guy at the counter, I don't know how this place stays in business. Maybe manners can be taught in the training process.
Reserved a vehicle. They called 1.5 hrs before I was supposed to pick it up and canceled my reservation. They said the person who had the vehicle before me did not return it. It left us scrambling to find a vehicle for our large group. It would be nice to know that this could happen when you make your reservation.
My experience at the South Boston, Virginia location was absolutely flawless. The manager Albert Logan & his team provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend visiting Enterprise in South Boston if you need to rent a vehicle.
