Management and receptionist are very rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. It would be worth paying the extra few dollars somewhere else to get great customer service. There are several other car rental places on Airline Blvd to choose from. Stay away from this place it is not worth the hassle.

Been there a handful of times and everyone has always been nice and found me a car, on short notice for baseball tournaments. Thank you
I called to ask if there was any cars available to rent the lady that pick up the phone was so rude and told me I called them already which I never did
