*****update 4/7/2021.....i am adjusting my review since it seems the car was not low in oil. Being unfamiliar with new technology available on newer cars, it seems the oil percentage did not mean the car was low on oil. I appreciate the response and will be reaching out......./ I'm giving 1 star because the staff at this location are always pleasant; however they need to check over the vehicles before renting them out. Not only did they rent out a vehicle with low oil, the tags are expired. When I called to advise, I was told they didn't have anymore vehicles. I had to head out of town for a family issue and didn't have time to go to another location. They assured me that they were granted a grace period due to COVID. So now I am paying for a vehicle I can't really drive. I called corporate and was told that they would reach out to the Regional Manager but I never received a call back. It's been over 48 hours. I'm not putting oil in the car so if the engine locks up....that's on them. I couldn't tell you what kind of oil or where to even put the oil, and honestly I shouldn't have to waste my time worrying about it. Discount is nice, but this is the last time I will be renting from Enterprise.

I have rented vehicles from the Western Branch Blvd. location and they have always provided excellent customer service! The current manager Matt is awesome. Even at their busiest, they still provided the best service whether on the phone or face-to-face.

I had a good experience this time! A friendly gentleman picked me up at my home and carried o the rental location. The process was quick and the rental had a smooth ride. The return process was quick. A friendly young lady took me home in a van that strongly smelled of smoke! She wasn't smoking but gosh, the scent was so strong I thought I was going to have an asthma attack, luckily, I did live too far away! She did apologize for the stench of smoke.
