Not upfront and inconsistent with their pricing. First they did not tell me there was a drop off fee. Then it was a $100 drop off fee. Then they said no it was actually $450. Then they said they would drop the dropp off fee to $200. Smh. I will never return to this location. AND IT WAS THE MANAGER PROVIDING THIS INACCURATE INFORMATION.

I ordered hand controls for my van to drive my daughter to a very important function in North Carolina and when I got to the facility no hand controls were on the van I had to find someone to drive us up there cuz I'm disabled had to pay him. And then on top of all that The young lady got rid of the van so fast That I had to go all across town To another Enterprise Office to pick up a van Horrible I think I should get a full refund on the van price $105

Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Cedar Road, Chesapeake) is a well-run, organized business. We recently rented a minivan and were very pleased with the entire rental process. Fast, efficient check-out that was contact-free. All paperwork is emailed. Just the same for returns. This is a great, local business that is so much more convenient to use than going all the way to the airport for a rental car. Would recommend!

I have rented vehicles quite a few times from various locations and this was by far the best location. Everyone was always polite and professional. My rental is always clean and ready to go. Sometimes I even get a free upgrade in the event they could not accommodate the original rental. However since recent management changes this has been the worse vehicles smell, you never get what was reserved the manager Megan apparently doesn't have authority to do anything. Never the rate which was originally guaranteed and when you complain no one reaches out. Also be sure to check the glove box for registration they apparently do not.

I've been renting vehicles from this location for well over a decade. Everyone has always been polite and professional. My rental is always clean and ready to go. Sometimes I even get a free upgrade. Staff wears their masks. I don't plan on switching rental companies anytime soon.
