Had to give 5 because some idiot rated the on the smell of a customers cigarette? People like that shouldn't be evaluating anything.
Do not use this Budget at all. They are on all these websites but when you get to the place they have a whole nother policy. If you want to be stressed out go here.
Review on company in general- reserved a car, was not informed about a required deposit in writing or verbally. Car reserved was not available, cancelled the reservation, was promised a refund in 3-5 days. 8 days later refund still has not arrived, customer service is dodging the issue claiming they need specific information when the reservation was registered to the same email used to contact them for complaint... This company is deceitful, they will steal your money and dodge any attempt to resolve the problem. Do not use
Showed up today to return one-way rental vehicle right as they were closing. Agent was inside with another customer so we had to wait outside due to COVID precautions. Customer came out, but agent locked door and said they were closed. Wouldn’t even open the door to talk to us. I could barely hear him tell us through the door we had to return it to the airport because they were now closed. I asked if we would be charged extra for that and he said call corporate if I am. Nothing he could do. We drove 45 minutes out of our way to airport and still returned it less 1 hr past return time. For that 1 extra hour caused by the Budget agent refusing to accept their vehicle Budget charged us an ADDITIONAL $137 over our 2 day $134 charge. DO NOT use this location!!
Called in advance about debit card payment and got false information. When I got to the location thr staff had no idea what I was talking about.
