Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rental was set up through my insurance company as part of accident claim. To be honest, working with Enterprise was the easiest part of my insurance claim. Enterprise staff were friendly and helpful in a stressful time. I literally walked into their office picked a car, signed some electronic paperwork and drove away in just a few minutes. Return was a breeze also.

I have always had a delightful experience with renting from Enterprise. The employee's have always been pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend friends and family to rent from them. They always ensure that they help you rent a vehicle that will be suitable for you and that they go over the contract and do a walk around with the vehicle you are renting to make sure there is no damage. Again I do enjoy renting from them.

The guy working was very polite, friendly and very fast at his job. Got there had the paper work done and in the car and gone in like 10 min if that. Not to mention the car is pretty badass too. Gets amazing fuel milage will go back for sure.

I was greeted immediately, no one likes to wait to be recognized as a customer. The man was friendly and courteous. check out was quick and easy.

I've never rented a car before...yeah not well traveled. The over all experience wasn't bad. There were a couple of things that I will be aware of in the future. For example, just because you reserve a type of car it doesn't mean it is going to be available. An upgrade was offered and was more than reasonable, but if you are reserving a car be prepared it may not be on the lot when it is time to pick up your rental. Not sure how that works. There was a refundable $200 deposit that was charged at time of picking up the rental. Wasn't expecting that, but I have missed that in the online reservation process. The other thing is some booking sites like Expedia offer insurance. This isn't the same as the insurance you can purchase from Enterprise. Again, I should have asked before purchasing through the tavel site. The vehicle was clean and was much more than I expected and can't complain about the quick service and the after hour drop off. Also, in the fine print...you are responsible for the vehicle until the next business day according to a sign on their office door. All things that I will know for next time I guess.
