Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been with Enterprise a long time and have loved their service and the way they have always taken care of me. With exception, my last trip I was stuck in a situation were I was unable to fly into my intended airport and had to go to a close by airport. In doing so I needed to rent a care at that particular airport. When I got there, I had rented a Full Size car, but do to lack of inventory they said all they could do is put me in a mini van. This was a business trip and was not wanting to drive a mini van all over. The girl said she had other cars but wasn't going to upgrade me. I would have paid a reasonable charge to upgrade but it seemed like that wasn't an option. I am not trying to get something for free but they usually have taken better care of me in the past. I am not going to leave enterprise but just putting this down to help them get better.

Great experience, the rented car came very clean and equipped property for the local weather (winter tires + tools to remove snow and ice from windshield). Pick up process was smooth and after spending 5 min waiting in line, the pick up took 2 mins. They also send follow up emails if everything is OK. Staff was kind and helpful. Usually I go with Avis as I had bad experience with Enterprise in San Jose, but here reading all the reviews I decided to pay $30 more for the overall rental (5 days) and well worth it.

Pleasant exchange at the Enterprise desk after landing. Got the keys to shiny new Camry in no time at all.

The Bozeman Mt. pickup was flawless. The St. Louis Airport drop off was horrendous. First, Enterprise has no signage in front of the dropoff area. It only says Alamo and National. Second the website says the address is on Natural Bridge and yet the entrance is on North and South which by the way seems to be lit by one light bulb (60 watt at that). When I finally figured where the entrance was (it was at night) there were no attendants to check me in or instruct me as to the procedure. Finally I threw the keys in the car and left. I guess that was okay since I received an email with a receipt.nSurely Enterprise could do a better job with their car return.
