Never have i felt so belittled by an employee. Covid 19 closed the narragansett branch where at least the employees are human. Rent elsewhere make sure you avoid the blond haired kid. I left crying.

Always willing to accommodate me, even if I book last minute. Very friendly and informative.

Excellent customer care, however they are a bit pricey.

I was misinformed from the app all the way to the child calling her self the manager and finally presenting me with a business card with assistant manager as her title. I was then told to either spend more money for another taxi ride home and back if I was to finalize my rental as I was sitting in the car I was renting. There is no pick up or drop off as advertised. I was lied to repeatedly and would never do business at this joke if a store again nor send them business...period.

All of the employees at the Westerly, RI location are so friendly and helpful. Incredible customer service, every time. The courtesy rides always include a few good laughs; I never have to wait long for anything from them; the cars are always clean and beautiful.
