Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This has been my first interaction with Enterprise and I must say that I am completely satisfied with my experience.nMorgan brought the rental car to me at Crown Collision, made sure that I understood the process and was kind and patient with me.nMorgan also assisted me when I returned the car and assured me that my entire deposit would be returned my account. She made this experience pleasant from beginning to end. I will not hesitate to recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I rented from here while my car was being repaired. In general enterprise is a great company but this location shows otherwise. When I talked to them on the phone they told me they would put me in a similar car to mine. I drive a sedan they gave me an SUV. Not a big problem I get their inventory may be low. My issue was that the car was dirty all around. They say they clean and sanitize before they give you the car and I can promise you that’s a lie. The car was filthy as if someone just returned it and they brought it straight to me. I called the store to ask if they had another car for me and I explained my issue. They told me yes and when I got there they talked to me as if I was an annoyance for asking for a cleaner car. They never apologized and sarcastically asked if the car they were giving me was “clean enough for my standard”. Overall disappointed in my rental and won’t be renting from them again.

Called and reserved a car. The next day they told me they couldn't take my credit card because it had debit on it. I explained it was a dual card. I then offered another credit through android pay, they couldn't take it. The night before they told me on the phone my payment was acceptable. The day off they said only for in state drivers. The communication was poor and they didn't help me problem solve. After waiting outside for an hour I got a credit there. The person said, I'm glad we could help you. Actually, no. I had to help myself. As someone that travels. I won't be using enterprise again.
