The car I rented stunk of cigarette smoke. The front window was so dirty I couldn't get it clean even after washing it 3 times. I tried to call to see if I could switch it out but I always got a recording. I only rent from Enterprise because of their wonderful cars and service but they really fell short this time.
Very friendly service! The young man behind the counter made it very easy and very comfortable.
We were taken care of really well by Nick. He really wanted to sure we had the vehicle we needed, and the vehicle was clean. Great and efficient service. Nick even came out from the indoor kiosk into the cold to brush and scrape the snow and ice off of cars for those that just rented.
The associates at the front counter were well informed and customer centric, something that is often lacking in many car rental locations. They went out of their way to make certain I received a vehicle that met my needs and was clean. Vehicle return was equally as enjoyable. KUDO to you team!
I generally have a great experience with Enterprise. The service was great. The staff was friendly however the SUV smelled like smoke badly! I almost couldn't stand it! Looking back at it I should have immediately went back in to exchange but the lot was quite empty and we had a schedule to keep. And once we picked up our passengers they found a Pall Mall in the back seat. Other than that it served its purpose. I'll definitely swap if it ever happens again.
