It was a very easy process to pick up and return the vehicle. The attendant at the desk was friendly,polite and helpful. I returned the car before the location technically opened but the individual there was helpful as how I was to leave the car.
Never again! Too many times something going on with my account upon return. Phone numbers don't work that's on the rental agreement. A piece on the bottom of the vehicle was flapping and almost fell off while driving to return it and I was still charged for a late fee. Charged $90 for gas which was full when I returned it and I have receipts. And this comes from a Budget business member. I'm done! Do not rent from Budget. Thank you Laura for all the help at counter.
The website that I used to reserve my rental was simple and easy to navigate. When it came time to pick up my car, it went extremely smooth and very quickly. The desk receptionist was very polite and courteous and helpful. A Ford fusion was what I rented, very nice car. Clean inside, nice exterior and ran very smoothly. I love the fact that it was great on gas. 10 out of 10. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The rates were changed upon picking up the vehicle. The staff was less than helpful explaining things. Worst experience renting a vehicle and we rent on average 6-8 times a year but budget will not be an option going forward. The windows weren't cleaned inside vehicle, staff was not helpful.
Super easy process, the woman i dealt with at akron canton airport for pick up and return was very kind and helpful explaining all charges to my card. Very nice and well maintained vehicles.. I'll come to you guys over enterprise Every time from now on.. Thank you!!!
