I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!nI was told there was a $200 hold. Instead they put a $1500.00 hold and charged me over $2,200 for a 2 day rental. I will never rent from them again. Do not use them!!!
Repeat do not use Dollar as it is just like going to the Dollar store.nnTurn car in no damage or anything, full tank a gas just as I picked it up then all of a sudden I get a charge of $100.00 out of nowhere call and try to talk to someone about they cannot explain the charges so going to go back up to CAK and also have not gotten my $200 deposit back.....they have picked the right wrong one on this.nnWill report back once I talk to someone in person.
We rented a brand new SUV through Dollar at AKC. Our experience with the employees was pleasant, finding the vehicle was easy and the vehicle was overall clean. It was a pleasant experience, easy transaction and we will rent again.
Got charged on extra 200 for damages,, the car wast returned perfect,, do not trust this company,, only car rental company I will never use again
Scam artists charging me 400 for damages when their was no damage.
