Customer service rep at desk at airport was a doll. I reserved a car and when we arrived they issued one that REEKED of smoke and was missing a hubcap.(Altima) If I'm spending 400 bucks on a car for an event, I am not showing up in a ghetto car. She issued us a Camry next. Was the most uncomfortable, filthy car ever. No floor mats whatsoever. Had 30,000 miles on it. The brakes pulsated something terrible. We were actually afraid we would have a breakdown. Crappiest car ever. But I wasn't about to ask for a 3rd one. Man tending the lot was a real jerk to us.
Horrible had to switch 3 cars didn't feal safe and almost 1,000 to leave it in another state as we were in vacation.... also hidden fees and was charged for an extension due to the fact we had a car that didn't work properly and spent the day trying to swap it out...... it's so many places to rent from don't waste your time worth this headache
