I had an awesome experience with Fine Line Auto Body Shop. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. They make you feel comfortable and they treat you with respect. I am totally satisfied. I could not be more impressed with the work done. They not only fixed my car, but they gave it a great cleaning! The whole experience was excellent, I highly recommended them. Excellent work all! Had a fender bender, with somewhat minimal damage, but still enough to make we want to fix it. When we dropped our car off, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process, gave the car a quick evaluation and even set us up with a nice loaner vehicle. Got an estimate from my insurance company, and about a 2 week turnover. To our surprise, we got a call saying our vehicle was ready for us to come and get it.....after only 4 days from the appraisal date!!! A full week before the original completion date!!! Before we got too excited, we wanted to ensure the quality of work was to our standards. Well, let me tell you, it absolutely met, and exceeded our expectations!!! The car was like brand new!! All the body parts, the bumper, the headlight, the door...everything was like it never happened!!! Even the paint was perfect!!! The car was clean and shiny and like driving a new car off the lot!!! I would definitely recommend and will never need to look elsewhere!!!

Fine Line Auto Body provided me with the best experience in getting my car fixed. They took care of all the insurance needs and left me with very little to do, feeling confident when I left my vehicle with them. They did an amazing job and worked with my deductible. I love that they are a family owned company and are not owned by the insurance companies. While they were fixing my car, I damaged my truck and needed it fixed too. When I picked up my car I dropped off my truck gave them the claim number to the insurance and they handled everything. Very professional they worked with me on my deductible and I would never use another autobody service anywhere! Fine Line Auto Body, thank you for the best experience.

This is our third (3rd) time using Fine Line. They are by far the BEST, most PROFESSIONAL, HONEST auto body shop around. We go to the Fine Line on Columbus Pike in Lewis Center. We have had the pleasure of working with Steve and now Arson and of course the beautiful Shauna always has everything in order and ready to go. My kid sideswiped our brand new Honda Civic. Fine line was able to get me in quickly and fixed the car quickly! They were 30% cheaper than the next guy, and finished the work in three days! The car looks perfect, just like it did off the showroom floor! Highly recommend and would use again!
