Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The worker at Enterprise was exceptionally nice. He was very accommodating. He made sure that I was very well taken care of.nI love renting from Enterprise. I haven't had any issues with the representatives or being able to rent a vehicle when I needed it.n#greatservice

Easy, peasy rental process. Most everything done on line with credit card, license and a bit of time to determine your ride needs! Figure the days you want to rent, type of vehicle and availability and then stop in to pick up what they have for you. I had a choice of two different vehicles. Unlimited miles and I was able to get the night before to be sure we could leave on time. Pick up required a license for ID and a major credit card. Answer a few questions about insurance coverage, gas refill upon return and then simply pick up the available ride. Cars are all new model 2019/2020 and in mostly new condition. Few dents or dings, but ya really had to look. I was only disappointed by the fact the car needed to be run through the car was prior to leaving. Not sure what was on it, but it shoulda been washed prior to me picking it up. The interior was clean except for just a bit of floor dirt in the driver cockpit. It’s to be expected. The car drove well and all the necessary amenities worked with no problems. This is the second time within a year we have rented and it is rather nice as it give you a chance to try out different vehicles w/o having to buy one. Check back in was as easy as pulling into the lot after gassing it up, locking it up and dropping off the key to the desk attendant. Took longer to sign out than sign back in, but it was easy, peasy all the way around!!! I would rent from them again in the future!!!

Pick-up was easy. Just answered a few questions, and was ready to go.nVehicle was a late model Toyota, shiny and clean. No problems whatsoever. When I returned the vehicle, all I had to do was drop-off the keys. Very easy.

I love renting here for all my family needs. Always have what I’m looking for and great prices.

Got reasonable price, but had a little issue with the car.
