National Car Rental

My adult daughters traveled to Elmira, NY for a funeral and the gal at the local rental office was awesome! She assisted in ensuring they could pick up the car without me being there and met them the evening of their arrival, after they were closed. Wonderful, over and above service.

Experienced the worst customer service at this location. Reviews looked promising but Jerry at the front desk came across as a strong racist. Just dint care about our situation. He lied and when I asked him to give the same in writing, he just lost his cool and started yelling. Will be reporting this to HQ because this guy Jerry needs some strong coaching in customer service. While all this was happening, his colleague Bill or Will probably from Enterprise was a true gentlemen and an advocate for customer service. He met us outside the location and went above and beyond to help. Owner of the location: if you need more info and truly care about your customers reach out.
