I feel lame for providing consistent high reviews for the places I patron, however I seem to have good luck. I rented two cars in two weeks from separate Budget locations, which were franchise owners. I was so impressed by their professionalism and the flexibility they offered me! I will continue to return to the same locations as a result of great service.
Felix is the man on 10 st Minneapolis, he's always there for anything you need and just a great guy! Also they have very nice cars and great prices!! I highly recommend this place! I couldn't ask for better service. I just rented again today 01/29/21 and like usual Felix was there and nothing but the best from him. Budget is lucky to have him as a employee! Just rented another month and once again Felix was there and was Awesome!! Budget is very very lucky to have a employee like him!!

Everything went smoothly despite the computer system in the Budget office going down. The Budget team member was extremely professional and helpful. Fantastic customer service!
Excellent service! Felix was really professional and cordial, didn't try to pressure me buying extras like most rental place do. Also, he gave me a free upgrade and the car was almost brand-new. Thanks Felix, and I will be back when I need to rent again.
