Vehicle provided, Nissan Versa, was in excellent condition. Very clean, to minimize spread of coronavirus. Sales representative, Felix, was very attentive to my needs, professional. I look forward to dealing with Felix again!
Wonderful desk staff. Easy return and car worked great. Only concern was a notification for an oil change and also the sparse hours of the office.
It was ok. They wouldn't honor my online coupon because I let them know too late . was also charged another day rental because there location downtown is s franchise and I had no other location to drop it off..may still have to go back but didn't wow me. C--
When no other rental car company would help us they got us home. I had to give my son a vehicle so he can travel back in fourth to his brain surgeons office. Well we had a reservation somewhere else but they would not allow it because I did not have a credit card. Even tho my husband did and he was on phone. But the owner here took a chance and I am forever in his dept and can't thank him enough.
