This was my second time renting a car from this location. The staff is always friendly. I also got a free upgrade which was really nice. They are very prompt with timing checking in + out. I would recommend this location for sure!

I love the downtown location I would usually go to Saint Louis Park but I’ve had outstanding customer service with the guys at the downtown location their all amazing and I’ve literally been dealing with them for a year now and I’ve had nothing but a great experience and I’ve been treated with nothing but respect

This was my first time renting from this office, but not Enterprise overall and it was a great experience. I made the reservation online and when I went to pick up the car the check-in process was very easy. They had clear signs on the door indicating the new process during COVID-19. When the staff person came out, the whole check-in was done on a hand held device and I had my car within 15 minutes. Same for dropping the car off. Incredibly easy process.nnThe car itself was in great condition. Another great experience with Enterprise.

I have used the downtown MPLS Enterprise for over 4 years on monthly basis. Staff are super friendly. They go out of their way to satisfy my needs for a rental vehicle. When in doubt they always get me a step up vehicle. Promoted employees are replaced with eager polite competent new employees who are trained well to support excellent customer service.
