I’ve never a bad experience with budget. I always rent a vehicle when I go on a 3 or 4 day road trip/vacation. Saves wear and tear on my own vehicle. I’ve found that budget has the lowest $ hold, the vehicles are always the newest models and have never caused me any stress. Non stress is always a good way to start out a tripud83dude0a Budget is always my first choice
Great prices! Easy rental process. The front desk staff are great.
The car was supposed to be clean, but during my travels at a rest stop I found a bottle of vodka under the driver's seat that was not mine. There were also sunglasses left in the car in the holder. I had an issue with a crack in the windshield for no known reason. I contacted the after hours service and they were not helpful and did not tell me I had to complete an incident report. Lack of communication and poor customer service on the national end. The local rep at Saginaw airport was helpful.
When I called to extend my rental the line disconnected.. I called back 3 times n it happened over and over.. Now the charged me $60 for keeping the car longer then intended... $346.00 for 3 days is absurd !!!!!!
