The location was wonderful. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to shove extra fees down our throats. The vehicle that we rented was excellent. Will rent from enterprise again, if not always..
Sarah was very helpful. We had an issue with our rental from another location, and she was able to quickly find our family a solution. Great experience at this location.
The process was fairly painless and straight forward. However I had booked for a 12pm pickup, even providing info online to minimize time at the desk, but the car wasn't ready until 1:30pm. As the delay was most likely due to Covid, I do understand. It would have been nice to know in advance that there would be a delay.
Worst rental experience I’ve had all year, I constantly have to rent cars for work and Have never had an issue. Twice I’ve reserved a car here and then an hour before pick up they tell me “we don’t have any cars.” I’m confused why there are cars in the rental lot for one and why I’m allowed to make a reservation if there’s nothing available
Literally the worst rental car experience we’ve ever had we got quoted one price on the phone one day later they told us policy changes took affect went up by $75 they couldn’t tell me why or show me proof of policy Wouldn’t waste my tome renting from here if you have to literally any other enterprise in surrounding city’s has been great except this location not to mention being rude
