After a 30 hour trip and several days at home my car mysteriously would not go into gear. Thought it was the transmission. It was a Saturday just before noontime. Frantic I contacted Enterprise. Colby was so kind as to stay open until I could get to the Springvale, Maine Enterprise location.nnThis was a weekend saving event for my husband and me. Fortunately, we discovered it was a part that broke off in the shift mechanism and not the catastrophe of a transmission. We had the part shipped and received it late morning Tuesday. My husband had just enough time to get the part into place and have the car shift properly again. My quick call to Jacque was received and good information given to me so I could return the car in a timely fashion and save myself another full days rental cost.nnTimes are crazy and the budget is tight but I must say Enterprise does it better than anyone. Clean cars, one way travel options are all great. But truly it is the professionalism of the people who work for Enterprise that help bring a stressful situation under control.nnThank you for being there for us!nnSusan

Horrible! After a car accident they refused to pick us up leaving myself, 7 year old on her birthday and 73 year old mother stranded beside the road almost an hour away from home. Told us they had no rentals after hearing it might be a one way rental. There should be an option for a negative star review!
