Woman driving a company car through Bloomington on 69. She swerved over and hit our car. Police report was filed and officer didn’t take our names, just noted that we exchanged info. Went to discuss repairs with insurance company and the woman driving claims she was never there. We have pictures of her and the car with the company logo on the side of the car. Can’t imagine the experience people have who actually pay for their service. Would never trust a human who behaves that way.

I wish i can put a half star. There disrespectful racists local transportation company. There all friends and don't care for the client i was left for my appointment then called spoke with a supervisor who's clueless and doesn't have a care what her dispatcher says to people. Don't use them waste of time . if looking for disrespect sure ride with them

Horrible customer service from dispatch, rude and abrupt, clients seem to be disrespected and discriminated against for having Medicaid. Client from Washington had medical appointment in Evansville, and was dropped off during snow. Driver left Evansville during bad weather, and client had to wait over 4 hours for return ride home. Medical office called J&S for client to inform of completed appointment, and were told the weather was too bad to send a driver. When client called to check status of return ride, dispatch was reported to be rude, inconsiderate, and gave no indication whether or not someone was on their way to pick client up. Children were out of school by the time client made it home. Luckily, a family member was able to meet the young children and stay with them until client returned home. It's understandable that J&S has more than one person to transport. However, if there was a question of road conditions and weather, wouldn't it make sense to wait on a client's appointment for half an hour or less instead of making the hour drive back to Washington? This business should keep in mind, Medicaid clients are the root of their business. Without them, they wouldn't be in business. You are transporting people, not cattle, treat them as you wish to be treated!

The drivers show up when they are supposed to, they are friendly and courteous.
